The Wira Café & Guesthouse is a beautiful place for staying and relaxing. It is situated in the center of vibrant Senggigi, the heart of tourism in Lombok Island and it is a short 2-minute walk to the stunning white Senggigi Beach.

Our 11 private guest rooms, each with en-suite bathroom with hot and cold shower and private balcony open onto the wonderful garden in the backside. Every room is bright, airy and designed for maximum comfort with comfy king size beds and crisp fresh linen. In a modern minimalist design the rooms are furnished with traditional bamboo facilities. All rooms are centrally air conditioned, flat screen TV with satellite receiver and DVD player. The guesthouse also has a dorm room with 12 beds and communal bathroom at backpacker’s prices.

Breakfast is inclusive and can be enjoyed at the Wira Café. The Wira Café also offers lunch and dinner, or a drink in a lounge atmosphere. The Wira Café offers free Wi-Fi connection.

Villa Tenang is located on the beuatiful island of Gili Trawangan. Located just of the coast of the Indonesian island Lombok in the Lombok Straight.  This pristine sand island is roughly 2km wide at it’s widest point and is completely circled in white sandy beaches.  You could walk around the entire island in an hour or so.

There is so much to see and do on the island from scuba diving with turtles to dining on freshly caught seafood.

Gili Trawangan is the largest of Lombok’s Gili Islands and the only one to rise significantly above sea level. Measuring 3 km long and 2 km wide, it has a population of around 700.[citation needed] Trawangan means Terowongan (Tunnel) due to there is a cave tunnel built in Japanese occupation.[1] Of the Gilis, Trawangan has the most tourist facilities; the pub Tîr na Nôg claims that Trawangan is the smallest island in the world with an Irish pub. The most crowded part of Trawangan lies on the eastern side. It was previously administered under Lombok Barat Regency along with Senggigi until 2010 when the Gili islands came under the jurisdiction of the new North Lombok Regency (Kabupaten Lombok Utara)

On Gili Trawangan (as well as the other two Gilis), there are no motorized vehicles. The main means of transportation are bicycles (rented by locals to tourists) and cidomo (a small horsedrawn carriage). For traveling to and from each of the Gilis, locals usually use motorized boats and speedboats.

Bedrooms
The  villa consists of a 3 bedrooms each with private bathroom, all tiled and glass enclosed shower. Each bedroom has a king-size king-coil grade bed.  The bedrooms have full sized robes and all of the trimmings you’d expect in 5 star accomodation.  Two of the bedrooms open directly on to the pool area.  Each bedroom has it’s own air conditioning unit and fully lockable doors.

Main living area
The living room is a great expance looking up into the magnificent coconut roof. The living room is furnished with a large L-shaped sofa in a practical and stylish microfibre fabric, facing the pool and dining room areas. The coffee table and TV stand are made of antique teak. The beautiful tall pitched teak ceiling provides a spacious quality feel to the room. The room is fitted with air conditioning. Wall lighting and two large ceiling fans are included.

TV area features a 42″ LED flatscreen TV, DVD player, Surrond sound audio system and satellite TV.

Kitchen
Unlike most rental villas, villa Tenang has a full, well equipped kitchen in open plan with the living room. The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and the freestanding kitchen bar provides additional storage space as well as a divider towards the living room.

The modern appliances include an Electrolux oven and gas stove with extractor fan, a large LG fridge/freezer and a microwave oven. The double sink aids food preparation and cleaning. China and cutlery for six guests as well as overhead lighting is included.

Outdoor Dining
The newly built outdoor dining room currently seats 8 people The furniture is made of antique teak with rugged leather upholstery. The beautiful pitched teak roof makes for a luxurious and spacious feel, aided by the stylish Insenso lighting and newly fitted aluminium ceiling fan. The view of the garden and pool is something to be enjoyed with your dinner!

Pool Area
The center peice of the villa is the 15 meter private lap pool and surrounding garden.  There is ample sunbaking area around the pool with sun chairs and 6 x 5 m gazebo.  In addition there is a 500 sqm rear garden that features numerous coconut trees and other tropical vegetation.

A fully cooked breakfast is included in the nightly room rate.

There are no motorised vehicles, all transport is via foot, push bike or horse and kart.
- There are NO dogs, only a lot of cute cats.

Villa Sapi was designed and concepted by Canadian designer David Lombardi who has an impressive portfolio of private homes in America, Europe and Asia. His latest works in Bali and Thailand has given him a strong understanding of what he feels modern Asian residential architecture should be. Especially for living in tropical environments.

Lombardi’s bauhaus philosophy of “Function Over Form” are evident in his design approach, always leaving the viewer with a sense of discovery and surprise as the journey through their home.

Villa Sapi is comprised of two modern freestanding buildings, surrounded by decorative fishponds and gardens flowing all the way down to a pristine white beach.

Although contemporary in architectural style and amenities, Villa Sapi has included some traditional elements such as the various bales set around the estate. The use of wood like Ulin (iron wood) for the roof, batu chandi (lava stone), paras (sand stone), coconut and bamboos, all reflect Lombardi’s unique vision and his commitment to the use of local. materials.

Environmental issues have also been addressed with the use of solar water heaters, and solar lighting. Rainwater is collected from the building structure and recycled.

Private Villa

Villa Sapi consists of two different structures. The main house acts as a sort of vortex, it’s a place to gather, to chill out and enjoy fri ends and family, but above all it’s a place to explore.

The guesthouse is a wonderful modern Inner Sanctum. Independent and uniquely isolated from the main villa, it gives your guests the freedom and independence from others if they so desire.

Settings
Secluded on a 3 hectare beachfront property, the villa is nestled in and amongst hundreds of original coconut and palm trees. The different “bale,” the Indonesian huts, sprinkled around the property give each guest the possibility to relax in perfect harmony with nature.

The Villa
All 5 bedrooms include a 2m x 2m bed and the possibility to fit a baby cot or an extra bed. The 5-ensuite bathrooms each have an indoor -outdoor shower. The office can very easily be converted in a 6th bedroom with its own bathroom. The house can comfortably sleep up to 12 people.

Main House
The main building consists of 3 spacious bedrooms, a functional office, a large media room, and a generous living and a dining room. Ideal for casual dining or large dinner parties with friends.

Guest House
Includes 2 separate bedrooms each with their own private swimming pool, and a dining patio. Conveniently located on one side of the property, it makes it easy for required guests to remain independent from the main house.

Quality
Our resident chef only uses the freshest vegetables and fruits, mostly harvested from our own organic garden or from the local market. Fish comes directly from the local fishermen. Poultry is raised locally and organically. Fresh beef and lamb are imported from Australia and New Zealand.

A series of single-storey living and sleeping pavilions leisurely spread throughout an enormous 1.5 hectares of lush green lawns planted with towering coconut palms make up this delicious tropical retreat. Each of the four ensuite bedrooms is housed in its own private pavilion in the gardens; king-size beds and convertible daybeds making these rooms very family-friendly. Kids (and adults too) will be spoiled for choice when it comes to planning their days: will it be a swim in the spectacular, 26m pool, complete with waterfall and jacuzzi, or beachcombing and kayaking on beautiful Sira beach, or an energetic game of soccer or volleyball in Villa Anandita’s gorgeous gardens? Despite its idyllic, tropical castaway-island setting, Villa Anandita is very accessible, being about a 2-hour drive from Lombok’s international airport in Mataram.

The locale – Sira Beach, Tanjung
Villa Anandita is located at Sira (also spelt Sire), a spur of land bordered by a white ribbon of beach with magnificent coastline views. Next door to the villa is the Lombok Golf Kosaido Country Club, an 18-hole championship course, which is open to the public. On the other side (five minutes’ walk along the beach) is Hotel Tugu Lombok, a funky-fantastic, atmospheric living museum of extraordinary Indonesian antiques, with a restaurant and bar. Tanjung (4km) is an attractive Sasak market village with stalls overflowing with local produce; this is also home to The Oberoi Lombok Hotel, complete with a jetty – should you wish to arrive by boat, and a gourmet restaurant. A day trip to the Gili islands is recommended – either from Bangsal on the local ferry (be prepared for some hustling from the beach sellers) or via private boat charter, which the villa staff will happily organize.

Rooms
Villa Anandita is approached by a private driveway, which leads into a secure parking area. A grand porte cochere, bordered by a lily pond, heralds the entrance to the villa’s main pavilion via a pair of impressive wooden doors. From here, a colonnaded walkway sheltered by a glass-roofed pergola leads over the lily pond to the kitchen and the dining pavilion. The four standalone sleeping pavilions are positioned in the garden, well away from the main pavilion.

The bedrooms at Villa Anandita are housed in four separate pavilions, arranged in pairs, some distance apart, which ensures privacy. Although the pavilions are similar, each is individually styled with its own bold colour scheme and artwork; each is complemented by a dressing area and a sumptuous ensuite bathroom. Immediately in front of each sleeping pavilion is a pair of Villa Anandita’s signature orange sunbeds, with matching umbrella, offering a peaceful spot for relaxation.

Bedroom 1
Anandita – suite 1Flaunting a dark blue colour scheme, bedroom 1 is furnished with a king-size bed, and is blessed with views of the garden and the sea beyond. The ensuite bathroom has a standing monsoon shower and the additional luxury of an oversized soaking tub. Please note this is the only bedroom without the provision of a DVD player.

Bedroom 2
Anandita – suite 2Bedroom 2 presents a bright orange palate; it is furnished with a king-size bed and equipped with a DVD player. Glass walls on three sides offer delightful views of the garden and the sea. The semi-open-air ensuite bathroom is fitted with a standing monsoon shower and the additional luxury of an oversized soaking tub.

Bedroom 3
Anandita – suite 3Featuring Villa Anandita’s signature orange walls, Bedroom 3 is furnished with a king-size bed, equipped with a DVD player and blessed with views of the garden and the sea beyond. The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a standing monsoon shower. Please note this is the only bathroom without the provision of a bathtub.

Bedroom 4
Anandita – suite 4Deep red is the colour that has been chosen for Bedroom 4. This is the smallest of the bedroom pavilions, but it is nevertheless equipped with a DVD player and furnished with a king-size bed angled to face the sea. The charming bathroom is fitted with a bathtub and monsoon shower open to the sky. Surprises in the bathroom include a modern sculpture and a secret shuttered window in the wall.

Living room
The expansive, fan-cooled living room at Villa Anandita has a high roof and presents three distinct, yet integrated areas. The central section is distinguished with a Palimanan frieze featuring carvings of birds, frogs, dragonflies, leaves and flowers, and flanking a stone floor that extends directly onto the pool deck through wide, folding glass doors. This area is furnished with two comfortable sofas strewn with playfully-coloured scatter cushions, a chair and a rustic coffee table. The remainder of the room is slightly elevated with a polished wood floor that extends around the central sitting area in a U-shape. On one side is a more formal sitting area with segmented upholstered sofas, chairs and a flat screen TV–DVD player. The third area presents a billiard table, desk, bookshelves and guest washroom.

Dining pavilion
The splendid dining pavilion is open on four sides under a soaring roof. Cooled by ceiling fans, the dining area is screened from the guest kitchen by attractive fretwork timber panels; one of the walls is graced with a collage featuring Thai elephants, while a Buddha’s-head statue guards the opposite side. Here, guests will be serenaded by the sounds of water-in-motion, charmed by the sight of dragonflies hovering around the fish pond, and captivated by the gorgeous views. A grand dining table for 12 rests in the centre of the pavilion and from here the eye will be led through the garden, directly between two lines of coconut palms to the beach and the sea.

Kitchen
Conveniently situated next to the dining pavilion, the kitchen has folding glass doors that can be closed for privacy. The front section of the kitchen is for guest use, if required, and is equipped with a fridge, a coffee machine, a four-burner gas hob, shelves and cupboards filled with quality tableware, glassware and utensils. It also features a built-in breakfast bar furnished with ten chairs. The main kitchen is hidden behind a screen wall and is fully equipped with everything that the cook needs in order to prepare delicious meals.

Pool, garden and balé
The villa has a multi-tiered pool deck crafted in both Palimanan stone and timber boards. Here, three tall coconut trees and two frangipani trees offer dappled shade. The main level is furnished with two wooden tables and chairs, each offering a place for casual dining or socialising. An elevated timber deck is furnished with two sunbeds and an umbrella for daytime lounging, plus a table and chairs for a romantic candlelit dinner. Meanwhile, four wide stone steps lead down to another timber deck at pool level, offering more sunbeds and umbrellas. The free-form swimming pool is evocative of a jungle glade with a whirlpool hidden within a circular section. Villa Sepoi Sepoi means “Sea Breeze” in Bahasa and is situated on the North Western coast of the beautiful island of Lombok. It is a new, exclusive hideaway villa designed by the well-known British architect, Jane Taylor and is just a short flight away from Bali, Perth and Singapore.

A holiday at the villa will be a family experience to be cherished. A place to relax and escape the pressures of home and work. A chance to play with the children in a stunning and safe environment and take long, unhurried walks up and down the beach. It is a fantastic location to completely unwind in the pool or at the bar. Please note that Lombok is essentially a cash society. Outside of dining in the hotels, you will be unable to use Credit Cards. Therefore clients of Sepoi-Sepoi are urged to bring a substantial amount of cash with them for their incidentals (boat trips, tours, transport, massage & spa treatments,

ATMs are available in Lombok but the closest are located in the town Senggigi and the airport (both are over 45 mins drive from the villa). To convert currencies (‘Change-money’ in local parlance) one must also go to Senggigi.

Please note the exchange rate of all currencies is done at ‘Lombok-rate’ which differs from whatever rate exists on the internet (which is normally the interbank rate) and is not as favorable as the street rate in Bali and Jakarta.

Staff from the villa can go and change money on behalf of clients (by physically taking foreign currency and driving to Senggigi and visiting a money changer or bank) – but please note this needs to be organized once clients are on the ground, at the convenience of the staff.

If clients wish to wire (perform a Telex Transfer or TT) money down in advance of their stay through the villa accounts they are welcome to do so.

Please note the account that clients will be wiring to is denominated in Rupiah (and the resulting amount of money received will have already been converted from foreign currency through the transfer process). Clients can then have this money either credited to their account at the villa or given to them in cash.

Accommodations
The villa is designed around a central courtyard and then develops westwards through the sitting room to the infinity pool and beyond to the beach. The garden bedrooms at the eastern side of the courtyard back onto the villa’s own orchard.

The buildings are of a traditional Indonesian style of architecture constructed of high-quality local materials. The villa has six large bedrooms and can comfortably sleep three families with children and maids.

All the bedrooms have been designed with an individual theme and have either a beautiful sea or garden landscape view. All bedrooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans and a safe.

There is a large sitting room as well as a relax room with a 50” TV and library.

Food and Beverages
Our chef and his team offer a selection of Western and local dishes with plenty of fresh seafood for those guests who wish. We aim to provide a very cost effective food and drink service in comparison to five star hotel prices.

After breakfast the chef discusses lunch and dinner menus with the guests. Suggestions range from club sandwichs for lunch and fresh lobster for supper to salad Nicoise followed by Thai green curry in the evening. The majority of the ingredients are bought locally every day and therefore freshness is guaranteed. We can of course accommodate dietary requirements where possible e.g. vegetarians, etc. This meal planning helps us to keep costs down with less inventory and wastage compared to an a la carte system and therefore we can deliver great food at substantially lower prices than hotels. Nothing irks us more than signing for food and drinks constantly at a hotel, only to be horrified that countless $12 childrens’ pizzas over a week can add up to $$$$s of dollars at the end of the holiday. It is also very liberating not to have to choose from a menu every meal.

Although the Mangsit Beach area of Lombok is considered one of the most secure areas in Lombok, if not Indonesia, the Qunci takes the security and safety of its guests seriously.

Mangsit Beach is blessed with the presence of a number reputable hotels, including Qunci Villas hotel (a 5 minute walk from Villa Qusia). All of the hotels employ a number of local villagers thus strengthening the ties and feeling of mutual commitment and joint interest in maintaining the security of the area. So far, there have been no reported incidents of serious security breaches in the area.

Ratna Wati Villa was named after the owner’s mother. It was built originally for Marcel De Rijk as his home, hence the comfortable homely feeling this villa exudes. The location of Eudaimon villas overlooks the fishermen village, on the seashore, and hamlets of farmers who conduct their flocks of buffaloes in the fields. This return to basics is healthy and therapeutic for the city dwellers that we are.

Though you’re located in the heart of a rural environment, Eudaimon wanted to give an idea of what happiness can be. The Villa

The architecture of this 150m2 Master Villa (on the highest point) is designed to accommodate the prevailing winds and respect the natural shape of the landscape. The sea air of this coast is extremely healthy because the land is continuously swept by winds and breezes.

From all the rooms you’ll be able to appreciate the 200 degrees view around the house, over the pure blue waters of Kuta’s bay and on the surrounding forests, mountains and fields. A large living room, wide open on the bay, and on the sea breezes night and day. Shelves are full of art books and DVD’s.

A bedroom with King size bed and its mosquito net. The bedroom has A.C. but the wind is always blowing and the temperature always pleasant, night and day. The bathroom has a large shower and bath. Hot water is provided by a solar water heater. Purified water system is available for teeth brushing. A small kitchen allows staff to prepare your breakfast.
Services

Personalized service for each Villa by a dedicated and experimented staff. Car and driver available. The driver will stay at disposal all along your stay here. The driver will be able to let you discover the beautiful beaches surrounding Kuta or traditional villages of weaving or pottery. You will only have to pay for gas.

The cook will be able to accommodate you healthy food for lunch and dinner at home if you wish. You’ll discuss with her the day’s menu. Here, seafood, fishes, fruits and vegetables are abundant and deliciously fresh. You will only have to pay the products of your basket at the local market.

Eudaimon can provide you horse riding (even for beginners) to discover the natural life of little villages or gallop on the beaches. Our 4 horses are perfectly trained and equipped (with French and German saddles brands).

Location : Lombok is located 20 minutes by plane from the east of Bali. There are direct flights linking Singapore to Mataram 3 times a week (Silk air), and 8 times a day for Bali. The island has not seen the development of tourism in Bali and maintains more authenticity as its neighbor.

The property is located close the village of Kuta. The Villas are build tall, well sheltered from unlikely tsunamis (the area is protected by a natural barrier reef). The site is secured 24 hours a day.

The south coast of Lombok is the only part of the island (and may be in all Indonesia) to have a series of large unspoiled white sand beaches, completely deserted (the area has been protected by the authorities and construction is prohibited for instance). Off shore, on the reef, waves broke in rolls popular among surfers. Within the reef one can fish or bathe safely in turquoise calm waters.

The area is more dry than the North of the island, and much more sunny than Bali. So even in rainy season (December to March) it rains only one or two hours a day. Nature is very green, rice fields full of people.

The island lives essentially from its tobacco, rice, soja, peanuts and fishes. The Sasak craftsmen are highly skilled. Their creations based on an original and secular design focus on three activities: weaving, pottery, and wood working.

Night life in Kuta Lombok is quite simple and quiet some restaurants (good food), one or two bars with live music in week-end. No disco, the place is quiet.
